1. Information We Collect

ClimaTok does not collect, store, or process personal data directly. The App does not require user registration or the submission of personal information (such as name, email address, or phone number).

2. Information Collected by Third Parties

While ClimaTok does not collect personal data directly, certain information may be processed by third-party services used to provide subscriptions and operate the App.

Apple

Apple may collect and process data related to App Store purchases and subscriptions (including billing), as well as usage diagnostics and device identifiers, according to Apple’s own policies.

RevenueCat

ClimaTok uses RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat may process subscription-related information (such as transaction status and entitlements) and identifiers needed to synchronize purchases. RevenueCat does not receive your payment card details (payments are handled by Apple).

3. Purpose of Processing

Data processed by Apple and/or RevenueCat is used exclusively for:

• Managing subscriptions and purchases
• Providing access to premium features
• Ensuring correct billing and entitlement status
• Preventing fraud and abuse

ClimaTok does not use this data for advertising, profiling, or marketing.

4. Server Requests & Technical Data

ClimaTok retrieves meteorological data and map tiles from cloud infrastructure (AWS). These requests are used solely to deliver weather content to your device.

• ClimaTok does not require you to provide personal data to access content.
• Requests may include standard technical data (such as IP address) as part of normal internet communication.
• ClimaTok does not intentionally store IP addresses in a way that identifies you as an individual.

5. Cookies & Tracking

The ClimaTok app does not use cookies.

The ClimaTok website may use only essential cookies or similar technologies required for basic functionality.

6. Data Retention

ClimaTok does not retain personal data.

Subscription-related retention is managed by Apple and RevenueCat according to their respective policies.

7. Your Rights (GDPR/EEA)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have rights under the GDPR, including the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request rectification or deletion
• Restrict or object to processing
• Data portability

Because subscription and billing information is processed by Apple and RevenueCat, requests related to that data should be directed to them as applicable.
